1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777rxy ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at https://777rxy.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the 777rxy platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777rxy platform and close your account.

Underage gambling is illegal and actively prevented on this platform. 777rxy reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify your age, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 18.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use 777rxy:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 777rxy platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or via a shared device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777rxy reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any pending bonuses or winnings derived from those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address and/or mobile phone number). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777rxy login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 777rxy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 777rxy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777rxy may request identity verification documentation at any point during your use of the platform. This is a standard process applied to all players and is particularly required before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Prohibited Payment Conduct

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — is strictly prohibited unless express written permission has been granted by 777rxy compliance. Any funds identified as originating from or destined to a third-party payment account may be frozen pending investigation. 777rxy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by 777rxy are subject to these general Terms and to any specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed in the promotion's dedicated terms page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Failure to meet requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

777rxy actively monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same welcome offer, placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated play between related accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, 777rxy reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible players who meet the criteria specified in each offer. 777rxy reserves the right to restrict eligibility for specific promotions based on account status, verification level, deposit history, or geographic location. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of time-sensitive promotions; opting back in to communications can be done via account settings.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Software and RNG

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

Key principles include: bets are settled on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body; markets may be suspended or voided at 777rxy's discretion where data integrity concerns are identified; in-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and may be declined during periods of high market volatility.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 777rxy platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors to place bets that exploit incorrect odds or game states.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing in connection with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the 777rxy deposit and withdrawal system.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool in order to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777rxy staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 777rxy platform software or infrastructure.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access to any third party for any reason.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 777rxy account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining account balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to a permanent lifetime exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to create a new account. 8.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 777rxy

777rxy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or instructions received from a competent authority. Where an account is closed by 777rxy due to a material breach, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777rxy will notify you via your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the account balance. The fee amount and schedule are communicated in the dormancy notification. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in at any time before the account balance reaches zero.
